Hari ini bersama tim penertiban dan pembongkaran dari Dinas Tata Ruang Kota Bekasi yang berkoordinasi dengan Satpol PP Kota Bekasi, Camat Jatiasih serta Lurah Jatiasih secara bersama mengunjungi Perumahan milik PT. Hadez Graha Utama yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Cikunir RT 01 RW 13 Kelurahan Jatiasih Kecamatan Jatiasih untuk bersama menyegel lokasi tersebut dikarenakan regulasi yang belum sesuai dan juga karena ada nya beberapa laporan ke Camat setempat warga telah dirugikan untuk membangun di area tersebut.
Berdasarkan surat perintah bernomor 800/1752/Distaru.Dalru pada hari ini resmi menyegel perumahan yang berada di Cikunir Jatiasih karena melanggar perizinan, hadir Sekretaris Dinas Tata Ruang Kota Bekasi Edison Effendi berserta jajaran dari Dinas Tata Ruang Kota Bekasi.
Sebelum penyegelan, pelaksanaan Apel telah terlaksana di area tersebut dengan menyebutkan bahwa ada beberapa penyebab pelanggaran diantaranya pengabaian tidak ada nya retribusi dan izin mendirikan bangunan dan muncul laporan kepada Camat Jatiasih sekitar 260 orang yang telah berkontribusi dalam pembangunan tapi tidak ada kejelasan dari perumahan tersebut.
Seperti yang dikatakan oleh Sekdistaru, Edison Effendi bahwa kegiatan penyegelan ini bukan menghentikan usaha seseorang akan tetapi sesuai dengan prosedur pada perijinan dan ditambahkan dengan adanya laporan ke Camat serta Lurah Jatiasih yang berakibat pemanggilan ke Polda karena bentuk laporan merugikan konsumen.
“Hal ini menjadi keseriusan dan pendindakan tegas untuk perumahan PT. Hadez Graha Utama dan pada hari ini kita resmi segel dan tidak dioperasikan terlebih dahulu.” Kata Sekdistaru Kota Bekasi
Dilanjutkan, dari Pemerintah Kota Bekasi juga akan menekankan untuk mencari solusi atas kerugian yang di miliki oleh 260 orang yang telah lapor kepada Camat Jatiasih, ditekankan kepada pengusaha untuk melakukan perijinan yang valid dan harus menempuh mencari solusi agar semua masing masing terpecahkan.
Dalam upaya bentuk laporan warga kepada Pemerintah Kota Bekasi khususnya untuk Camat Jatiasih agar menindak tegas untuk para pelaku usaha dikarenakan menurut laporan pada Bulan Februari yang lalu masih terdapat penjualan kepada pihak yang ingin mendirikan bangunan di area tersebut.
Usai pengarahan, tim penertiban dan pembongkaran Dinas Tata Ruang Kota Bekasi bersama anggota Satpol PP Kota Bekasi secara bersama memasang tanda segel pada PT. Hadez Graha Utama yakni perumahan yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Cikunir Jatiasih yang juga disaksikan Lurah Jatiasih dan Camat Jatiasih.
